To use this image I would have to provide a critic on the painting itself. I would suggest that the wolf should not be such a large and dark figure for in the true fairytale his image is disguised. The fact that little red riding hood does not know that he is not her grandmother is what makes him so scary. The story deals with identity rather than with image.
